You meet our drivers at arrivals exit gate, holding a sign name "Your Name".. in any case, you can contact us with our phone number mentioned on your confirmation mail, 24h/24 available.

My flight is delayed what do I do ?

Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we check it's status on realtime with our program and arrange you a driver at flight landing time.

How do I pay ?

Payment is after journeys. No need any payments in advance, You pay to drivers at end of each transfers.

Do you provide child seats ?

Yes sure. we provide FREE child booster seats and baby seats for infants.

Are they any other clients also with us ?

No, we offer private transfer service and not shared.

How can I change or cancel my reservation ?

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

How long will it take to get to my hotel in Disneyland Paris ?

From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to Disneyland hotels, it may takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending of the traffic and your destination.

Will the shuttle take me directly to my hotel ?
